Medium-aged cheese made from sheep’s milk. The curd obtained by slow coagulation, the soft pressing and the dry salting, together with careful ageing, give the cheese an extremely fresh taste.
You can also feel and taste the aromatic sensations of milk, hints of hazelnut and a pleasant sapidity. In addition, the typical pink crust distinguishes and characterizes the product making it unique and inimitable.
